Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days, without giving any reason.

The deadline for exercising your right of withdrawal is 15 days from the date on which you received the goods, or from the date on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

the goods were purchased within the last 15 days
the goods are unused, intact, and in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, such as perishable items or goods past their expiry date
goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the conditions set out above.

Returning Goods

Unless otherwise stated, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, as is the risk of loss or damage during transport.

Only in the case of specific offers clearly communicated at the time of purchase will the cost of return shipping be covered by the company.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We therefore recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

We are unable to issue a refund without having physically received the goods or without proof of delivery of the return.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the returned goods. Once the returned product has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves in order to give it to the recipient later, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
